These six basic exercises are simple lifting, lowering, flexing and extending of limbs, segments of limbs or the trunk of the body. This practice is intended to reawaken your awareness of muscles and joints that are not used, used inadequately or misused. With these six basic exercises in your daily practice, you can expand your movement possibilities and find more ease as you move in Space.

To wake with intention, find a space in your home large enough that you can spread out like a six-pointed star on the floor. On the Floor Movement Break is a perfect way to ground, recuperate and regenerate in the middle of your day. Find a space in your home large enough that you can spread out like a six-pointed star, on the floor and standing. Dress to be comfortable moving on the floor, preferably barefooted.
