How you choose to start your morning affects your whole day!

Join Victoria to wake up your WHOLE bodymindspirit!

Drawing from a blend of various movement modalities and frameworks, Victoria invites you to learn listen to what your body needs and to explore ways to satisfy those needs. She offers a diversity of movement experiences accessible to ALL movers to learn about all your body tissues, body systems, body parts and WHOLE bodymindspirit!

We will be meeting to move together February 4 and 11th.
There will be no Waking with Intention from February 12 - March 10th.

To wake with intention, find a space in your home large enough that you can spread out like a six-pointed star whether on the floor or standing (or even laying in bed!). Dress to be comfortable moving on the floor, preferably barefooted.

We will always start at a low level, sitting or laying supine and may progressively change levels through the 30 minutes.
