Join Victoria in this guided somatic movement experience designed to wake up all your body systems!

Drawing from a blend of various movement modalities and frameworks, Victoria invites you to listen to what your body needs even as she suggests finding new patterns and opportunities for more full bodymindspirit movement.

Find a space in your home large enough that you can spread out like a six-pointed star whether on the floor or standing. We will always start at a low level, sitting or laying supine and may progressively change levels through the 30 minutes.

Dress to be comfortable moving on the floor, preferably barefooted.
