Meditation is the cultivation and expansion of bodymindful awareness. It enhances health and resiliency to better cope with life's stressor. Group meditation helps develop a healthy habit with the support of others. Through a combination of education and exploration, learn the fundamental basic skills of meditation: breath, mindfulness and embodiment in this seven session series.
Pay for full 5 session series on April 25th, $50. Drop-in for any single session for $15
