The Movement Break is fifteen minutes of guided floor warm ups and fifteen minute of less-guided, more improv movement across the floor using the Bartenieff Fundamentals system of movement. All movements supported by joyous, uplifting, body-moving music.
This is the perfect break in the middle of your day.
Dress to be comfortable moving on and across the floor, barefooted. Trust that you will be invited to move only as you feel safe to do so.
