The change in weather and season invite us to slow down. Our culture and our busy lives often seem to demand us to move at ever increasing speeds.
How to listen and move with your personal sense of timing, regardless of outside influences? THIS is one of the questions we will be playing with in our October Purposeful Embodiment Practice time.

All embodied awareness begins with allowing ourselves to Be present in our body and the space we inhabit, inside and outside of us, in movement and in stillness.
Using the language of somatic movement education, embodiment and fundamental movement patterns of connectivity, Victoria will guide you to more easily and deeply practice being embodied, in movement and in stillness, to expand your relationship with trust, desire and the act of manifesting.
