The Movement Break is fifteen minutes of guided floor warm ups and fifteen minute of less-guided, more improv movement across the floor. All movements supported by joyous, uplifting, body-moving music. The perfect break in the middle of your day. Dress to be comfortable moving on and across the floor, barefooted.
