In this OUTDOOR event, we WILL be moving together while exploring physical distancing, with visual aids to guide us! PLEASE PRE-REGISTER by contacting Victoria by email or PM before 8 p.m. on Saturday. Pre-registration IS REQUIRED so that the space can be created safely for all participants. She will then provide you the details related to location and coordination of space so that we can move together safely!
In Mindful Move Groove we play with FUN and MINDFUL body awareness . We move in ways that enhance awareness and health. No experience or specific level of movement ability necessary. Beginners and all levels of movement abilities welcome!
The first 30 minutes is dedicated to seated immune-enhancing whole body movement. This is followed by guided choreographed fun dance movement to upbeat music that can be done standing or seated! We always wrap up with some parasympathic self-soothing self-care movements.
