Mindful Asanas: Deepening Your Yoga Practice (For Beginners and those with Beginner Mind)

Join Victoria in this one-hour special offer workshop designed to support you in an intentional focused exploration of some of the more commonly practiced yoga poses using somatic movement concepts.  Victoria will be joined in this offering by her daughter, Saxon Brown RYT 200.  Because of the deep focus of this work, participation limited to six folks.  Please RSVP to EmbodimentLLC@gmail.com or by calling 573-575-6683.

Victoria combines thirty-plus years of her own yoga practice with the movement fundamentals framework of Laban Movement Analysis.  Saxon is a 2017 graduate of our local OneYoga Teacher Training  and is excited for the opportunity to observe, share and support each of you in your beginning, focused practice.

Together, they will create an opportunity for you to more deeply explore individual components of your personal yoga asana practice (whatever its existence or non-existence may currently look like!) with compassion and a sense of connectedness.  Working with awareness of body Parts and the Whole body, with Breath, Grounding and Weight Shift, you will be offered opportunities to identify and explore your unique gifts, skills and patterns to get more from your personal practice.

Please note:  Mindful Asanas is usually offered in an individual session format:  this is a unique opportunity to try this offering in a group format.
