Rescheduled: Finding Stability in an Ever Changing World: Movement Fundamentals

  • Kindred Collective Movement Studio 2800 Forum, Suite 2 Columbia, MO 65203 (map)

Although MANY people have expressed to me that they think this is an incredibly important offering at this moment in time, I am cancelling and rescheduling for a time when people are able to acknowledge the value AND able to commit taking part! This is good stuff, folks.

If you desire to actively explore the experience of finding more stability in your life, please let me know. I will offer this again when I have at least three actively interested participants! Thanks.

As we move through our day, interacting with and responding to our sensations, thoughts and emotions, engaging with and sometimes reacting to the Outer world of people, sounds, noises and smells, we can lose our balance and our sense of our Self. We can feel clumsy, like we’re falling off the planet. We can feel stretched so thin that we believe we’re in danger of falling apart. At times like this it can feel like we just can’t keep “it” together!

Does any of this sound familiar?

Do you desire more resources to respond with ease in times when you feel like this?

In Finding Stability in an Ever Changing World, Registered Somatic Movement Educator Victoria Day invites you to join her for this 90 minute experiential workshop in which you will introduced to the fundamentals of movement. Exploring these fundamentals together will help you to learn to reclaim your stability, even in the midst of change and transition! You will be invited to give yourself permission to explore, reconnect and reawaken your body’s internal capacities for moving with a sense of secure groundedness. Learn to find your stability even in the midst of feeling yourself pulled in life’s many directions. For more on the framework that supports this work, visit here..
