This is a gathering for anyone in the Mid-Missouri area who is a somatic arts practitioner and is interested in being part of a newly forming collective of other similarly resonating individuals.

In this first gathering, registered somatic movement therapist and educator Victoria Day will be offering an introduction to embodiment practice and embodied communication.
