Walking.

Most of us take for granted…as long as we can do it effortlessly and with ease.

Walking may seem easy to most of us; however, we are only able to walk upright because we have, at some point in our life, explored and accomplished a series of demanding developmental challenges that are the foundation for this complex action.

Once we start walking, it expands our capacity to explore space three-dimensionally, to experience the entire world of sensation as an active participant, to move in increasingly complex ways…

and yet, if we take it for granted, we can lose these benefits.

In our time together during a Walking with Awareness session I will gently guide you, to support you to develop your own practice of embodied awareness. In this process you will discover your personal patterns that support and challenge your capacities to move freely and fully in your life.

Through Walking with Awareness, you will learn how to be more present in ALL aspects of your daily life by expanding your capacity to be present while moving three-dimensionally in the present moment.

This guided individual embodiment session can last 15, 30 or 45 minutes, by your choice.
The cost is $25/15-minute increment and can be paid by either Venmo or Paypal.
