As Mother Moon darkens in the sky, I invite my women friends near and far to join me in this communal Darkening Moon meditation and sharing time.

The communal intention for our time together in this moon phase is "grounded uplift".

Grounded Uplift.

Here are some questions to consider before we join together, if they resonate within you:

"What self-limiting beliefs or fears may be holding me back from claiming the support of the Earth, my bones, the stability in my life?"

" What may be causing me to resist trusting in the support to lift me, to hold me up, gently, without effort or tension on my part?"

"What in my life would I like to let go of during this darkening time?"

"Am I ready to let go of these things with the support of Mother Moon and my community?
