Using the power of breath, intention, the rhythm of live drumming, darkness and your deepest wisdom, you are invited to dance your own personal journey of transformation and healing.

 In this seasonally-inspired Tranceformotion we explore the movement theme of Exertion/ Recuperation, moving with the metaphor of the bursting forth of the season, we also explore the importance of active and regenerative recuperation!  

Victoria will be joined in facilitation by the rhythmic support and blessed music of local drummer and artist Pam Fleenor-Benton!
