Meditation for Every Body is an embodied approach to meditation offered by somatic movement educator Victoria Day. Embodied Meditation approaches meditation with a deepened awareness of sense and a heightened understanding of the physical body. Learning to more easily and comfortably BE in your body allows you to be more in any present moment.
Group meditation helps develop a healthy habit with the support of others.
Using the support of the group meditation format and of a specific shared intention - that of Forgiveness - Victoria will offer a safe space to learn, practice, struggle and enjoy the transformative process that is Embodied Meditation.
