Breema and the Art of Being Present

Katherine Correa of Nashville Mind and Body has offered to come to Columbia for the first ever Mid-Missouri Breema workshop!

Breema is for anyone interested in more bodymind connection in his or her life.
It is for people interested in yoga, meditation, massage, healthy aging and/or conscious development of the Self.  This workshop is valuable to anyone wanting more access to physical, mental, and emotional balance including but not limited to massage therapists, yoga instructors, mental health practitioners, body workers, energy healers AND you.  Beginners welcome.   Please be comfortable sitting and moving on a padded floor.

Breema is based on a profound understanding of the underlying unity of all life, expressed through the Nine Principles of Harmony. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, practiced with these Principles, use natural rhythmic movements that are both nurturing and vitalizing.

Breema bodywork combines nurturing touch, firm yet gentle stretches, playful rhythmic movements, holding, tapping and more - renewing balance in mind, body, and feelings. Sessions are received fully clothed on a well padded rug or mat.

Self-Breema exercises are sequences done on one's own body. They are an opportunity to experience being both the practitioner and the recipient at the same time.

This two-day workshop is:  Saturday, September 8 from 10 - 6 p.m  with a lunch break and Sunday, September 9 from 1 - 6 p.m.

The fee for this workshop $200 if registered by August 1, $250 after August 2nd until spaces are filled.  (please note that we need a minimum of six participants registered by August 1st to ensure that we can bring Katherine to our community.  In order to make this happen, please share this unique opportunity with others.)

You can register by paying through Venmo by August 1st to @EmbodimentLLC or by mailing a check to Embodiment LLC by July 25th, P.O. Box 118, Columbia, MO 65205

10 hours of CE's available for LMTs, please add $10 to your fee for documentation processing.  The Breema Center is approved to provide continuing education credit by The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as continuing education Approved Provider #145251
