I am the Goddess and the Goddess is Me: an Express Yourself workshop with Victoria of  Embodiment LLC

You are the Goddess - She lives and breathes within and without!

In this women-only workshop designed especially for the Willow Spring's Coming Up Roses Tea and Gift Shop,  you will be offered the opportunity to explore the meaning of your personal feminine Divine and the Divinity created by the group.  Using art, poetry, music, rhythm, voice and movement, we will explore being the Goddess! 

Express Yourself is an evolving movement form created by somatic movement educator and facilitator Victoria Day.  It is designed as a safe place for folks to be curious and playful as they explore themselves noticing, creating and moving the meaning of their experiences. 

Express Yourself is a unique opportunity to discover more about what you already unconsciously share as you move through you daily life AND to explore new, and possibly even a bit uncomfortable, options of expressing yourself in a non-judgmental, safe, supportive space.
